About Us

Our firm’s been around a long time— it was established by Steve Brown over 25 years ago. It’s changed names over the years, but the important things have stayed the same—like our mission to serve our clients well and efficiently in the way they need to be served.

Whether we’re helping a family get their estate planning in order, advising on the formation or legal compliance of a business entity or working with an executor, trustee or beneficiary, we make our clients’ needs our highest priority. We understand that a trip to the lawyer’s office is not always our clients’ idea of a fun day. Our office is comfortable, our people are friendly and we often hear “that was a lot easier than I thought it would be” from our clients. We believe in transparency both in the process and in the costs that clients can expect to pay.

Our offices are now located in a beautiful brick building (that we have recently restored) in the heart of North Tacoma. Clients often plan a walk, lunch or dinner in the neighborhood before or after their appointments with us.
